“We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. ”

“This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. I was able to activate my Netflix very easily and watch whatever I wanted. The sofa was extremely comfortable. It was very close to both Turning Stone and Vernon……

“The location was great for the wedding at Camp Brockway and the after party at the Heritage Hill Brewery. The place was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing in the open living room and kitchen. It was a great gathering place, the views were just spectacular, and the host was very quick to respond to our questions. We would certainly stay there again.”

“Located in a peaceful cozy area. Great views for the morning cup of coffee. The gazebo was a perfect place to snuggle up and watch a thunderstorm over the lake. The peddleboat was fun.”

So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals and even comes with spices, coffee, extra snacks, drinks and many other amenities! We felt very spoiled.We really enjoyed our stay and will be in touch with Sue……
