Thank you for a wonderful stay.
"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. ..."

"Decent hotel which is pretty good cake and close to the centre of town. However, the rooms are small and some are a little worse for wear. However, I would consider staying here again next time we are in Chester."

Nice stay, rooms need some tlc
"It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around."
