「Property is in a good location. Easy to access and comfortable accommodations. The top floors amenities were nice. The floor in my unit had some water damage but not enough to be a deal breaker. However, I did not like that the host never responded to questions that I asked in the messages while staying at the property. I did encounter roaches in my room even though I never ate food or had food trash in it, so be careful not to bring any home with you.」

「I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us. And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...

「整體不乾淨，廚房，碗碟，床鋪，廁所都有污漬。另外，物資給予不充足。最後，露台門完全鎖不到，相當危險。跟負責人反映後，沒有即時處理及正視」
