"Generously sized rooms with stunning river views, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom items were impressive. The location was also good for touring nearby attractions. With a police station nearby, it was excellent in terms of security and was near a historic tourist attraction(白象街), so there was a nice building and lots to see."

"An amazing facility that is very convenient and well kept. You can access the metro via the connected mall, which means you can easily get anywhere even if it's raining. There is 24-hour room service via Wechat that can be used easily even if you don't speak Chinese. The staff are very kind and helpful if you need any help or suggestions."

"I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was really clean, and having free washing and drying available was a huge plus.
The staff were incredible—big thanks to Jamie, Yoyo, Lyn, and Tia for being so helpful. When I lost my hotel card, they replaced it immediately. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot!
Highly recommended for the service and convenience."
