"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"The room has a feel of a 31/2 star at the most. Be careful with opening any shampoo bag as there is a charge for it. The map is all Chinese and staff don't have sufficient knowledge of English and difficult to communicate."

"The room was excellent condition. Its gives a luxurious apartment feeling. The room comes with washing machine, dryer l, huge fridge, dish washer and kitchen induction stove. Well equipped. Service are tiptop and staffs are willing to assist whenever required. The location is centralised. Every tourist are very near. Food stalls ranging from restaurants and street food are also nearby. If i ever go Chongqing again i will book my room there. "

We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet.
