"Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Some of the doorman at the hotel were friendly, others less so. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. It has a great variety of food, and good coffee. Service was also good. Our room was spacious and clean. We really appreciated the space. The maids making up the room did a great job. Please compliment them for us. They don't often get enough credit for the work they do. My wife enjoyed the pool facilities very much, even though there was an error in the booking on the first night - we booked the time at 9:00, but the attendent insisted that she had booked for 9:30 p.m. The view of Warsaw from the swimming pool area is spectacular. We appreciated the very central location of the hotel. We were there to attend concerts at the Warsaw Philharmonic Hall, and it is a short walk from the hotel. The mall next to the hotel was also convenient, but dangerous on the wallet! Thank you for making our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable."

"Excellent value and a fantastic base for exploring Warsaw! We had a great stay in room 1103, which was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel’s location is excellent and serves as a perfect base for exploring Warsaw, whether you decide to walk or use the convenient public transport system. There is a very convenient supermarket right next door to grab any quick essentials. The amenities were great, including a nice tea and coffee-making facility in the room. A huge thumbs up goes to the inclusion of a water jug in the room, which we could refill for free from the Brita dispenser located on the 11th floor - a fantastic, eco-friendly touch. Breakfast offered a good and plentiful choice of food, and the staff serving it were incredibly nice. While the quality was great, the hot food could perhaps use a bit more variety if you are staying over multiple days. On a minor note, the air conditioning inside the room was a little hard to control and set to our exact desired temperature. Finally, the service here cannot be faulted; the staff provided a very helpful, no-fuss experience when we wanted to store our luggage after checking out. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio and we would recommend."

"We were offered the opportunity to receive free drinks in the bar if we did not have our room cleaned on a daily basis. We took advantage of that and were able to use the free drink coupon for coffee in the morning in the restaurant, which was much better than what we could have had in our room, even though coffee makers were provided. We appreciated the flexibility of the staff to allow us to do that. We had two separate reservations, one with a twin room that included breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic- a wonderful feature of the hotel. Then, we moved to a much larger room with a single king size bed that did not include breakfast. It’s hard to say which one I would recommend. The breakfast was fantastic, but the extra room and upgraded amenities in the second room were also wonderful."

"Wonderful staying in hotel in a Warsaw in a center close to old city to train station to bus station to all little gathering to have a listen concert of Chopin to all architecture pieces whatever you want to see if you came to Warsaw, especially in the first time walkable a distance clean safe. They have breakfast in, but I always prefer to explore they have kettle water in they room so you can have a tea in the evening."
