Les locaux sont clairs et propres. Chambre spacieuse avec bouilloire et climatisation. Literie très confortable. Environnement calme. Npus avons passé une très bonne nuit et reviendrons sans hésiter lors de nos passages à Dijon. 」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「Very friendly and pleased to help. Great food. We should have asked for a room change as we had a screaming child in the next room. We were given an interconnecting room so sadly heard the family trying to put a very noisy child to sleep. It’s not the families fault, we were just tired from a long drive, as a result we did not request a different room. Despite this negative, I can recommend this hotel. It was very clean, comfy bed and good food. 」
