Choshi Grand Hotel
Supreme view on the sea and nearby lighthouse - very scenic, makes it difficult to leave the great rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, very manageable even as foreigner. Takes a bit to get there, but definitely worthwhile for a few days.

One-unit rental: A modern Japanese-style old minka house full of historical value. 4 minutes to the station and the sea. Pets are allowed! Popular fishing spot. Double bed & Japanese style bed, long term available.
