We were able to do self check which was perfect because our flight did not land until almost 1am. The location was incredibly convenient - right across the street from the KTEL bus station to other cities and the bus to Knossos. My only very minor complaint was that there were LED lights around the artwork that……

Verblijf was echt 5 sterren waard, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, maar ook lunch of avondeten prima verzorgd. Super vriendelijk personeel en veel te doen op complex zoals midgetgolf, tennis etc. Ook een massage is mogelijk. Een aanrader! Huurauto is gezien de locatie handig. We komen hier zeker terug!”

Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve.
