“Room was very neglected and furniture was way passed used by date, cracked imitation leather, dirty ... couldnt have cuppa cos jug was tainting the water, been burnt or something, disgusting. Didnt sleep in sheets. Map that was sent was totally wrong and it took almost half hour to find unit as it was dark and nobody answered the phone. Never complained before ever”
