This truly was a gem - the apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. So thrilled it was only walking distance to CBD highlights. Will definitely recommend to others travelling to Christchurch.Many thanks!

Very Convenient

The home was clean, well apportioned, and very convenient. Was able to park directly in front of the building after 5PM overnight. All choices for dinner were only a block away at the Riverside Market. Perfect for what we were looking for.

This apartment was beautiful but was in a difficult location to access and the very steep stair cases made access even more difficult particularly with suitcases.

Zero parking options and very noisy.

No parking options near this property. If you need to park, reconsider your booking here. The rare parking spot that is available was expensive. Management agent was all but useless in helping with a solution to the parking issues encountered. Don’t expect to sleep either. A very noisy apartment.
