Upstairs, a cozy Queen bed and bathroom await you. Enjoy serene Avon River strolls and a quick walk to the famous Margaret Mahy playground. Pet-friendly, with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet. The property is 5 years old and faces North for ample afternoon sunshine in the home and Courtyard.
Explore this inviting space with an open kitchen, living, and dining area that seamlessly flows into a private, sunny northwest facing courtyard, safe for your pets. A washer/dryer combo in the kitchen adds convenience. Downstairs, a pull-out sofa bed accommodates extra guests (additional fee may apply). There is also a topper (under the queen bed) should you need extra comfort on the sofa bed.
Upstairs, a spacious Queen bedroom awaits with tower fan to create an ambience temperature, accompanied by a well-appointed full bathroom featuring a toilet, vanity, heated towel rail, and shower.

While staying at the development, you'll find free on-street parking available. However, please be aware that it may get filled up during school hours but generally clears out in the evenings. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
