A nice quiet place to stay, very close to the city center and close to shops. Very friendly staff. The property is old, but well maintained. A nice spacious room but beds a getting a bit tired.

Easy check in and ample free parking. Rooms were clean and spaicous. Seemed a bit dated but clean. Beds could have been more comfortable. A down pad was on top of the mattress to add softness. The pad moved during sleep.

Lovely old England style prooerty on the outside, and beautufully refurbished rooms in the interior. Our suites were very large wuth modern bathrooms, cimfirtabke beds, and great sitting rooms. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Unique old England architecture. Staff helpful. Sadly we did not receive notice pool was closed until it was too late to change plans. Restaurant is excellent but it’s necessary to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it. Easy safe walk to nearby pubs and park.
