I loved this hotel, the staff were great and lovely as we traveled with 2 young kids. So patient with there energy. Room was quiet clean and well presented with everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was extensive with many options available and you could ask for additions ie poached egg, at no extra cost. Have now stayed here twice. Walking distance to Ruverside .market and The Crossing, shopping precinct. Parked the car and walked. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, close to everything!!! Room was full of light and felt spacious. Staff were helpful. Onsite bar served smashing beer. Let down was the services and general upkeep of the place, things like toilets were not clean and were not cleaned during 3 days of our stay.

Hotel was very nice and in a great area. There was a bit of a mix up on the rooms we booked which seemed to be a disconnect between Expedia and the hotel’s systems. The manager on duty resolved the issue and went out of his way to check on us later to make sure we were having a nice stay. The restaurant food was excellent and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Overall a great stay.

Had a lovely three nights here, comfortable beds, excellent shower with heaps of water pressure. Ate at the restaurant each night. The restaurant staff are very good at their job. Also must say the lamb shoulder and aged beef were excellent.
