I stayed on the bottom floor. My room was nice, recently updated, great bed and bathroom. But unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs (water in the pipes, movement etc) as well as street noise which made it difficult to go to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on the top floor. Be aware there is limited on site parking. There is street parking but there are time limits during the week.

It was a boutique hotel, likely newly constructed. It was very clean and exceptionally maintained. Walking distance to restaurants. The only issue was parking. I was lucky to find street parking which was free, they only have 3 spots through a very very very narrow and long drive way. The only interaction with staff was over the intercom to intimate me to check email for contactless entry to the hotel and the room.
