This time, while the staff were friendly and the property remains beautiful, that magic was missing. Our biggest disappointment was the BBQ night. “The hotel is in a fabulous spot overlooking the the bay. I fell asleep to the sound of waves every night. Breakfast on the terrace by the sea was a treat! Great breakfast buffet. Rooms and bathrooms are lovely and spacious, as are the balconies. I loved it!”

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”

“Exactly what we were looking for. A quite tranquil place to relax and enjoy which was close enough to the centre to walk in on a daily basis but just far enough away to not get swept up by the hustle and bustle. Poppy and her family couldn’t have been any more helpful. Will be back next year👍”

“A compliment to the people at the front desk and at the bar, they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel all in all was not so bad but not up to 4.5 stars standard. The prize of the hotel are very high. They need to do some improvement. Like at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The food quality was quite poor. the pool and the beach were a pretty nice. ”
