The location was great and very central to the Riverwalk and all the main things that you would want to do in Clarksville without being stuck in the middle of everything. The other tenants here are super friendly and even helped me get settled in upon my arrival for which I was very grateful since being on a second floor suite was a little rough on my old knees. Something to know that the host can't help: the building is located beside a very busy street where……

Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.”
