「I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. 「The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them.
I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over.
