「Stayed 2 nights to do the Nakasendo trail and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire place was spotless and the service was too notch. We were a bit hesitant on the shared bathrooms, however it was not a concern at all. The city of Nakatsugawa is a hidden gem and we enjoyed our stay here, can’t recommend it enough if you’re in the area! 」

「The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. 」
