"Hotel was good. It’s a 20 min walk from the main station, but there’s also a free shuttle back and forth! Breakfast was also great. The bed was a little rough, i think an extra pillow could help. But overall it was a great stay!"

"We had a terrific stay at SOKI Hotel in Kanazawa. It’s centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and the public bath is a welcome respite at the end of the day. The staff is very helpful as well. We ’ll look forward to future stays and highly recommend SOKI!!"

"I stayed at the JAL for 8 nights and was happy with the service. The location is great as it is a short walk to Zenkoji Temple, the Prefectural Museum and also to Nagano JR Station. Nagano was a fascinating city to visit and the JAL was situated in a good location for finding amenities such as shopping and food. I love to walk and I really enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although my room was rather crowded with 3 beds, it was kept clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that the breakfast for a Westerner was very limited and got predictable very quickly. The food was very good, presented well and tasted fine but after 8 breakfasts eating the same things I was ready for a change."
