"I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We loved every minute of our stay at Ten yu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the room was excellent with all the amenities you didn’t even know you needed. We loved the onsen and especially the 6th floor one. What an experience! I also really loved all their shower products. My hair has never been so shiny and soft! Where can I buy them please?? The free ice cream and the biscuits were excellent provision. The breakfast and dinner at the Buffett were great with lots of choice but I would prefer if they had some different options every day. If you are trying to pack light, don’t worry about carrying make up remover, face wash, razors, hairbrush and even pyjamas or clothes! They provide you with everything including a kimono you can use to walk around property and even during dinner. My only slight issue was that I was supposed to have a food and drink credit which I asked for and they said that as I have dinner included they would provide it with dinner. Well the dinner already had drinks included and they offered us a glass of sparkling wine in addition. I would have preferred to have the choice to use my credit for the lounge to have some cocktails. Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay!"

"This is I’ve if the best hotel stays I have had. Rooms are spotless, beautifully furnished. All the amenities are there- cool room, lovely hot water shower, wonderful soundproofing, great blackout curtains. Location was good, and possible to walk to Nagoya train station. I can recommend this hotel without reservations, would love to stay there again, and based on this experience, happy to explore other Nikko styles hotels elsewhere, "
