“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun.
