My room was luxurious and I will definitely stay again. They offered many extras and my breakfast was delicious!! Beautiful courtyards, conveniently located it was a wonderful experience!! "A simply amazing stay in an immaculate property. Staff was extremely helpful and the location may be the best in Madrid for sightseeing downtown. Close access to the Metro. SO clean, fast WiFi, safe area, shopping and restaurants nearby, and mere steps to Puerta Del Sol. An exceptional experience - we hope to return soon! "

"I loved staying here. Very clean, great location, beautiful but most importantly the staff. Pedro, Ali, Julio, Jaime, Cristina, , Daniel also Juan and Jorge Luis and Sashi at the restaurant. I felt as if I was with family. They are so nice, kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new. They seemed very happy to work in such a lovely place. I will stay here from now on. "
