“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“A wonderful little hotel between Parma and Reggio Emilia. A lot of character, very nice rooms, and wonderful staff. Morena, in particular, was very helpful answering all of our questions and being patient with my mediocre Italian. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tricolore again when in the area.”
