“Fin dall arrivo la struttura ci é sembrata fantastica, d impatto e ordinata. Il check in rapido e la persona che ci ha accolto ultra disponibile... addirittura ha fatto si che potessimo usufruire della palestra al mattino molto presto, palestra peraltro fantastica. La camera rispecchia quanto detto... ogni dettaglio c7rato al massimo. Colazione ”

“The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They were so accomodating and very attentive to the needs of their guests. The breakfast had a great variety of options, I don't eat pork and there were ample alternatives for me to eat. My room was very clean from beginning to end with daily housekeeping services. The staff on the cleaning team do an excellent job, they're very thorough, which I greatly appreciated. I did not have a car while visiting Parma, but there is ample parking in front of……

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……
