「We had an amazing stay! This was perfect for transporting our soldier to his AIT at Fort Lee. It is 5.3 miles from the base, so we were granted a Family Pass for the weekend. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Food Lion right down the street, and a nice backyard for grilling and chilling with our Soldier. Wilcox Lake is close by too for Fishing! 「The home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. This property has so many stores nearby. The host had great communication! I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Very quiet, although we were initially and then sporadically met with the sound of gunshots during our stay. But the house was well sound proofed, so we weren't bothered while we were inside. The porch was fantastic, and the lake was great for swimming. 」

「Super cool hideaway in a small, but neat historic town. Stayed because our daughter was graduating from Ft. Lee and we had dogs. This place was close to base and has a gated backyard for the dogs. Outdoors: super convenient location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, and an amazing coffee shop right out the back door! 「 Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back」

「Great spot one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed in. 20 minutes from Richmond great restaurants in the area. Super clean right near the river James. If we ever go back to that area again, I will definitely look to stay at this house.」

「We really enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend wedding celebration. The home was clean and well appointed with essentials as well as creature comforts. 」

The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.」
