Northern hospitality. Hotel is rustic but clean and functional. It is short on dining and the amenities in the rooms but the host can get you anything you need to enjoy Churchill area.

The manager Brahm was very helpful and informative about things to do in the area. The rooms are ok althougha little tired. The art work in the building makes this a unique place to stay.
The property was right in front of the train station to start, while entering, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was welcomed by Bill who was atetentive throughout my stay.
The room had a 9:00 check out which we were not told about and when we went to check out we were charged $ 50 as a late fee. The room is small, unventillated, appliances are old and worn, the carpets are dirty. Ruined my visit to Churchill
Bill and Angela go out of their way to make your stay the best ever. The inn is conveniently located and is kept very clean. Their service is the best we have ever experienced and we stay at 100’s of hotels every year

This inn runs a highly disingenuous business. I booked a non-refundable queen suite, but once payment was made, I was informed by the staff that the room in question was not available. They then changed my booking without my consent to a shared room and offered no compensation or refund. The inn only offered the queen suite when I confronted them repeatedly about the issue.

Traveling to Canada’s North is not like visiting many parts of the world., this is a plane-in and train-in only community, you must plan very carefully for your air/train ticket booking, and please do more online research about your trip before you click “ book now” to avoid the chance of having to ask for a full refund of your hotel booking in the last minute

o Refund
Because of COVID-19 Canada closed border with USA. Hotel refused to give refund. They said they only give credit for next year. I doubt I'll be able to go next year. Since my cancellation was not my fault I think I deserve a refubnd.

Beautiful inn with incredible paintings on walls and doors. Bill and Angela were the most welcoming host ever. Great location, it was only 2 mins walk from the train station. Place was clean. We stayed here for 6 days and we enjoyed every bit of it! You could also join a day tour with Angela, very reasonably priced compare to any other tour that were offered in town. She took excellent pictures too haha! We will definitely come back! Thank you!
