“Our family of 8 loves this property, the kids didn’t want to leave. The hot tub and pool are a fun perk. I love a place where I can cook homemade meals and the outdoor kitchen is excellent. This is not our first stay and probably not our last when we return to the area again. Highly recommend for families”

“If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer……

“This was an excellent option along our Upstate New York portion of the family road trip. Our family of five enjoyed having their own space with four bed rooms, two bathrooms, and a fun game room! The beds were very comfortable, the linens were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels.Important to us was a functional laundry room...the washer and dryer were effective through many loads. Our host, Sam, had great communication providing very clear instructions as well as helpful tips for the……

“First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible.”
