“First issue was that we had to pay high city tax which was not mentioned anywhere. Second issue was that when we arrived, our All-In option did not cover first day lunch so we had to pay, the same applied on departure. Hotel room was OK, nothing exceptional. The garden and pool area were well maintained and simply beautiful. The beach was as expected, all depends on sea tide, but not swimmable at any time. Hotel is isolated, so car is a must. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All-In drinks……

“Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!”

“Das Zimmer (Deluxe Villa) war ganz gut, nicht super luxuriös aber recht gut. Kapsel-Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, Himmelbett, innen- und Außendusche. Terrasss und Meerblick. Personal fantastisch und sehr freundlich. Der General Manager Ajaywar sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wundervoll. Am Strand ist man um 8 Uhr früh komplett alleine und sonst sind auch nicht viele Gäste. Das Essen war sehr gut besonders die Events am Strand bzw. beim Pool. Wir waren im Januar 2026 für 2……

It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just……
