Appartement agréable dans un bel environnement malgré des améliorations à apporter

Le fait de devoir aller chercher les clés dans une commune distante d’un km5 où on ne peut se garer est très désagréable. Cuisine bien équipée État des lieux à faire sur internet ( pas prévenue..) code piscine incorrect. Pas de consigne pour faire fonctionner l’interphone La conciergerie est assez réactive (apport d’une alèse et changement d’aspirateur )mais certaines choses sont restées en l’état, pas d’oreiller correct, seulement deux housses sur 4 , les deux étant sales ( non changées ) prise de courant cuisine défectueuse ( impossible d’y mettre une double prise) pas d’éclairage indirect dans le salon. gens qui font beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à tard, personnes bruyantes dans la piscine jusqu’à 22h . Elle reste ouverte toute la nuit. Pourquoi personne ne vient rappeler les règles de savoir vivre auprès des gens mal élevés? Ménage minimum. Pas de lave linge, pas de wifi. Départ à 10h… Heureusement il y avait peu de gens dans la résidence et en général l’ambiance était paisible.

Location très décevante car vétuste et plus en état

Nous avons passé 11 jours en famille (4 personnes) dans cet appartement qui présente de la vétusté. Le jour de notre arrivée, la gestionnaire nous a prévenu que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas, que le mécanisme manuel du volet roulant du séjour ne fonctionnait plus. En arrivant, nous avons constaté que le linge de maison des précédents locataires n'avaient pas été évacués. Enfin, en utilisant le matériel mis à disposition, nous avons constaté que le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait plus, que l'aspirateur était en mais état et que 2 chaises (sur 4) sur le balcon étaient en très mauvais état (plastique cassé en plusieurs endroits). Malgré l'ensemble de ce constat négatif, rien n'a été fait pour améliorer la situation pendant nos 11 jours de location à l'exception d cela réparation d cela chasse d'eau .... Prestation de location de vacances très décevante pour un montant qui s'élève à quasiment 2000 euros.

Une très belle découverte !

Nous avons passé une semaine extrêmement agréable à Ciboure, excellent emplacement pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Tout était parfait sauf la communication avec la concierge qui n’a jamais répondu à notre message le jour de notre arrivée. L’appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes et la piscine, immense, est un plus pour les jours de grande chaleur.

Appartement correcte

Très bon séjour dans une région que nous adorons, dans l'annonce pas marqué que nous serions rappeler par une agence immobilière, le ménage est médiocre et en plus les alèses des lits ne sont pas changés entre chaque vacanciers celà est inadmissible surtout en étant en post covid. Le canapé serait à changer car il creuse. Sinon la résidence est très bien entretenu le gardien est très gentil et l'emplacement top.
