「We stayed at this hotel in Copacabana, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area was okay, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the shower was especially frustrating and in need of improvement. The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, and that was definitely the highlight. Being in such a great area...

「The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.」
