“It was very expensive for one night, the space had a lot more wear and tear than the photos showed. The bathroom was simply too small. Four adults all collectively agreed it was “okay”. A water cooler or bottled water would have been nice. The host was gracious and allowed us to stay an extra hour as we arrived very late at night. ”

It was immaculate on our arrival with a better stocked kitchen than we had expected (consider stopping in before buying condiments, for example, and take a look at what's there). “Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. “We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. “It is a very small house it really should not be marketed for more than 4 people the single seat bed is not good for an adult. Once you open de sofa bed there is no space to socialize inside the house. Having a beach front property with a pool and not provide beach towels is not convenient at all. It should also specify that they do not provide soap other than a tiny hand soap and supermarkets are not available close by.”
