“There were dead bedbugs in the room we stayed in, even though we had warned them beforehand because there were many reviews about bedbugs, and they said there weren't any. We paid an extra 50 Euros for dinner, but it was absolutely not worth 50 Euros, and the staff had no knowledge about it; they didn't even offer us options. They offered us Indian food, which we absolutely refused. They sent a salad with no dressing, not even lemon juice; we ate it plain. There was no dessert. Everything was……

“There was no heat. They gave us a heater for one room but the room still took many hours before it was comfortable enough to sleep in. If you put in the address in uber, it will drop you off behind the building and it's almost a mile walk to get to the front door. They sent somebody to open door for us and eventually we got in through the back door. ”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip. My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I……
