"This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. I walked up to the desk, looking like a lost puppy, and before I could even finish my sentence, one of the wonderful ladies behind the counter, with a twinkle in her eye, said, "Rough day, huh? Don't worry, we've got a spare charger you can borrow!" It was like she read my mind! Another morning, I was trying to figure out the best route to a hiking trail, and one of the gentlemen at the desk pulled out a map, circled the perfect spot, and even gave me a pro-tip about a hidden waterfall. It wasn't just directions; it was a mini-adventure planning session! They don't just check you in; they make you feel like you've just arrived home, and they're genuinely invested in making your stay fantastic. ​And let's talk about the breakfast situation. Oh. My. Goodness. The person who makes breakfast every morning deserves a medal, a parade, and maybe their own cooking show! This individual"
