"My flight was delayed several hours so I did not arrive in Cincinnati until 1am. Not only did they hold my room, the front desk clerk, RK, picked me up in the shuttle van and brought me to the room long after shuttle hours!"

21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

"2nd time that we have now stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel property. We enjoyed the art gallery displays inside the hotel and find that to be unique. The hotel staff was great. The hotel parking (valet only) is very pricy but maybe not much more than parking alternatives in the downtown Cincinnati area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable but needed some maintenance as the window blind was torn and not functioning. We were unable to try the hotel's Metropole restaurant as unfortunately it is closed on both nights of the week (Monday & Tuesday) we stayed."
