The house is a maze for its size but in a charming way. This older cottage is modern with good space and comfortable accommodations.

This place was perfect for us… very clean, very comfortable. All of the amenities are very nice. We were very happy with our choice, and hope to book it again next year if our event comes back to Mason.

Lovely house with space to spread out. Very comfortable couch and beds! Property manager promptly brought us ice when we asked if there were trays anywhere. That was above our expectation. Plenty of housewares and utensils. Nice place would stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay as an escape from showings at our own home which is in the process of selling. Perfect place to relax with movies or board games during a very rainy weekend. Be mindful of high thresholds between rooms as you move about the lovely older house. I appreciated the added touch of toys set out that were age-appropriate for my kids. It could benefit from a thorough wipe down of nooks and crannies (dusty bed frames, baseboards, and under furniture… things you notice when you’re low to the ground with a toddler), but overall regular use areas were appropriately tidy. Would benefit to add an inside rug by the back door to help catch dirt (and rain) from shoes as guests are unloading.

Owners were very attentive. House was recently remodeled so newer finishes are always nice. Floors were dirty and one window was broken which they knew of.

We stayed 4 nights in this clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed getting to cook meals together, relax in the living room watching movies together, and exploring the area. it was a short to drive go watch the Reds play some great baseball. And also a short drive for us to go volunteer at Matthew25 Ministries. I recommend you do both of these! GO ahead and book this property! You'll be glad you did and while there take a walk or drive down to Cincy Sammys for some sweet treats! Delish!

The fridge was not working which was super unfortunate because you rent a house for the kitchen I feel. We couldn't cook or chill the brewskis. Thankfully the next day the owner brought us a small mini fridge. He even offered to refund some money. Very nice man. I would suggest getting a space heater for the bunk bed room. It is super chilly in there.

Very cool renovation farm house. Only complaint is that it is very very bright at night. Sheer curtains don’t block the streetlights and the security lights that shine from the garage to the house are bright enough to read a book by. Bring some black plastic bags and some painters tape to block out the light if you need darkness to sleep.

We live in Mason and work was being completed in our home, so we needed a temporary place to stay for five days. This home was exactly as posted online. So very cute and charming! We loved being close to downtown Mason and could walk to dinner or dessert at Cincy Sammy’s! The house was extremely comfortable and clean, a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place for a family, it has everything you need.
