We were in town for a sporting event and enjoyed staying here. Our events were catered around the city and it was easy to travel to them. We looked forward to coming ‘home’ after a long day being out. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay.

Decent place for our family of four

This is a decent apartment style place to stay. It was not super clean and the beds were not very comfortable. But the location and size still made it a decent spot for our family.

Very spacious department with all you need to cook and have a great stay. The staff was friendly, we had a couple of small issues and they quickly solved them. It's within walking distance to cute coffee shops and the area is nice.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and furnished adequately. The mattress could have been more supportive and it would have been nice to have a small dresser to put our clothes in since we were there for several days. Nevertheless it was a great value for the price and we will book the Woodburn again when we travel to Ciccinnati to visit.

We had a nice stay, except for a couple of communication issues. The apartment was clean & in good shape. The only negative was some noise from the streets/neighborhood and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

To stay in a one-bedroom with a full kitchen, balcony exercise room, parking, and central AC was better than any hotel room. However, the walls and ceiling are very noisy. The new construction can look nice, but it is not as soundproof as older structures.

Great experience!

Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.

Brand new property so everything is clean and fresh. Very secure, private parking lot, beautiful courtyard enclosed pool. Full kitchen. Two minor but rather critical feedback points to the manager. The labels on the key lockbox are completed faded and unreadable, you have to try up to 16 lock boxes to find the correct one. There are no hangers in the closets, some simple wire hangers would be useful.

Great other than needs more supplies!

Loved the building, parking, area, amenities. Hosts were kid and responsive once we were connected. Could be massively improved with more supplies. Our unit was super short on towels (3 provided for family of 4 for 5 days), bedding (no bedding provided for pull out couch), one blanket, ran out of TP, short on shampoos etc. No message prior to check in, needed to reach out and wait for response - luckily worked for our timeline in the end. Could be really improved with easy additions of more supplies and easier info. about check in and parking prior to arrival. All said, clean, quiet, safe - and would recommend / stay again!

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and all the amenities of the apartment complex. The lady that was sitting at the desk when you first walked in was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Parking was plentiful and the convenience of the fob was nice. I felt that the apartment itself could have used a more thorough cleaning. A remote for the TV in the bedroom would have been nice. The mattress pad could have fit the bed better (seemed to be too big for the bed). The air conditioner was rather loud and ran the entire time. The hot water in the kitchen sink never got hot. The hot water in the shower ran out rather quickly. There was only one wash cloth and no dish cloth. I don’t put pots and pans in the dishwasher. There were other occupants who were rather loud during the quiet time. The road noise was terrible. It sounded like there was drag racing being done (not the apartments fault, but thought that I should share). The listing said hair dryer; however, I could not locate one.
