“I loved how we were in the center of everything but I did have some problems with checking out from the website. The staff helped me with the check out steps though so it wasn’t a big issue.”

“Parking was secure and location was amazing! Right on the river and close to everything. The walking trail is behind the building. The building itself is worth the trip. Rec room, gym, an art gallery and so many chill out spaces. The flat is so comfortable and clean. Soft blankets, pillows and rugs you can sink your toes in. We loved all the little decorating touches, Go Reds! Also the communication couldn't have been better, such a wonderful owner and experience! ”

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”
