「It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. 「Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.」

「It is a great location! This unit had a balcony that was amazing. All the amenities you could want. The parking and entry was confusing for me but once done, it was simple. Hope to be back urine a game. The communication was slower than I was used to so patience is needed. 」

「The house was good.. and the neighborhood was great. Its was quiet, and everything was a short distance away. The pictures on the posting should be updated but the house was clean and definitely met our needs. The hot water pressure and beds were great after a long day.The only concern I had was that theres a decent amount of damage on the boards in the backyard deck so i definitely would not leave the kids unsupervised outside. 」

「This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive. 」
