“Check in was super easy and hostess was very friendly and helpful. The space was super unique and made for a wonderful stay”

“Friendly staff. The room was really nice and the amenities/toiletries were great/elevated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and had a nice view of campus from big window. Noticed some less common areas that hadn’t really been dusted in a while (ie ontop of waterfall shower head/ontop of picture frames).”

“This property is in a dodgy part of town. The front doors are locked and a few is required for entry 24/7. This is not an inviting proposition. The room was nice and the breakfast ok but there was nothing that made this property stand out amongst the huge variety of competitors in this accommodation level. We are not likely to stay at this property again and the overall experience makes us more than likely to choose a competitor before Comfort Suites”

“The night staff was rude when we checked in. We waited at the door for awhile and she finally came from outside the building. She seemed mad we needed to check in. Morning staff were friendly but there was an altercation with a guest in the lobby that required the police be called.”

“Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. ”

“I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The staff was so friendly & accommodating! Quick to bring us extra blankets and pillows as well as filling the conditioner. It was nice to have close parking considering how close we were to Cincinnati. This was a perfect location for the Great American Ballpark - and our room was spacious.”
