We stopped by or called several local seafood restaurants, all were full, and the lovely hotel front desk staff called and obtained a reservation at Il Grottino al Porto, we had one of the best seafood meals in Italy, grazie Paolo who called his son at the restaurant, talk about personalized service! Check in and out could not be smoother or friendlier! Our first visit to San Felice Circeo and we will return often now as we live in nearby Anzio! ……

“Lage der Villa Penelope ist fantastisch. Liegt direkt am Meer. Sehr romantisch. Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Meer sind wunderbar. Die Villa selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr sauber, nur Toilette und Spülung waren nicht so toll. Frühstück gut und Word auf Terrasse eingenommen. Insgesamt ein nettes kleines Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind eher hochpreissig. ”

“Fantastic stay to celebrate our 30th annniversary. The staff were all very anttentive and knew enough English to communicate with my minimal Italian. The views are stunning and we loved watching the sunset every night from our balcony. The decor could be called a little dated, but it was so charming! We especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant/bar. What an amazing place to sit and have a cocktail or a glass of wine every evening. Highly recommend!”

“This hotel has a great location, beautiful view of the ocean, quiet part of town, easy driving to the centre or a long walk along the promenade. Free on-site parking was a pleasure. Breakfast was substantial, staff were helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and spacious with a small sea-facing balcony. ”

“Soggiornare presso l’hotel acquasanta e’ come essere a casa, l’hotel è molto carino ed è praticamente sulla spiaggia, ha una hall molto bella con l’antico ed il moderno fusi tra loro con l’aiuto anche dell’apporto floreale molto curato….camera spaziosa così come pure il bagno….con una colazione veramente eccezionale per cominciare la giornata….ed un ristorante dove ritemprarsi dopo una giornata al mare con una cucina che utilizza prodotti locali di prima qualità…tutte le persone che vi lavorano,……

“The hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and warm. The sea views are lovely and everything about the hotel itself was 10/10. Sadly, the local government has mismanaged the zoning and there is a noisy nearby establishment with spot lights and a huge flashing screen that is on 24 hours a day. There is a noisy dance club/ bar across the street that plays thumping music untill 1 or 2 AM. They've also erected an ugly sign that partially blocks the view……
