“The house was very clean, updated appliances, nice mattresses. It is situated on a side street with occasional cars going by. It was quiet by bedtime. Good water pressure and hot water. “The inside of the house was cute and clean. Master bath is very small. The exterior was not inviting and the area was a bit older and some homes unkept. Now I know why there were no exterior pictures of the house on line! Also, lots of old artificial flowers which made it look cheap. Lots of weeds and front porch light didn’t work. I feel like the price was high for the area and outside area. I probably would not re-book.”

“There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. “Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. “This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!”
