Parking is <10 minutes of walking distance but they welcome you at the parking lot and guide you to their property. 「Adita and Ivan were very helpful. It is a beautiful boutique hotel inside the palace area. My room was so beautiful , clean and comfortable. The wall in the bathroom was stone, so that was unique. The bathroom was large. The floor in the room was very unique and cool looking. There was also nice wood furniture and wood paneling. Oh and a very cool glass chandelier. I had never seen anything like it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I was sad to leave.」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「The location is perfect. It's very close to Split Old City and most of the places are in walkable distance. The host is very friendly and flexible. Room is clean, toilet is spacious with heating/warm floor. Bed is comfortable and clean.」

「This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!」

「Hotel is very close to absolutely everything, including the port, taxi, and palace . Very few amenities in room. No room safe. Air conditioning not strong enough even on max. Location is perfect but exterior of building very ugly and run down. More breakfast options would be nice. No exterior hotel sign you’ll never find it unless someone takes you right to the door. Loved the location of the restaurant as well in the old town where breakfast was served. Our waiter was the same every...
