"I spent 4 fabulous nights here. I was travelling solo but that was totally fine as situated in a perfect location. The staff were all so lovely and helpful with recommendations etc, and helped me out with a travel adapter as I forgot to pack mine!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. However, we didn’t really use the swimming pool because some guests were smoking and drinking alcohol while in the pool. This made the experience less pleasant and relaxing. Overall, the hotel was good, but the pool area could be improved by enforcing clearer rules regarding smoking and drinking."

"Lovely hotel, very quite even with 400 plus rooms, the bed was huge and comfortable, the whole place was very clean, the hotel were all polite, the only thing that needs investment is more sun beds, the area the hotel is in is fine, great amenities around it, supermarkets and bars, was great for walking around the city. Very much enjoyed and will return."

"Very friendly and polite staff. The location of the hotel cannot be any better, just next to bus stop, tram and metro stations. Can walk 4 minutes to the main shopping centre. Hotel itself is very clean and well designed. If I visit Seville again,I would definitely stay in this hotel with my family again."
