“House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.”

“Good location, easy access, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Bathrooms a bit tight and dated. My room was on the ground floor, not too noisy from the main highway across the front, but lots of noise from banging on the floor from movements of occupants upstairs.”

All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in. ”

“Lovely Stay in Bullcreek, check easy via key safe at front door, kitchen has everything anyone could want to cook what ever you need, shopping centre and Transport link wirhin 3-5 minute walk from house, aktbough it was cold outside the heating system in the house was brilliant, kept us snug on the cold day's, all in all great place to stay, would highly recommend. ”

“Accomodation itself is 10/10 The apartment is new, fit out with decent appliances and finishings - very quiet and comfortable place to stay for a family of four - far better than any hotel in this price bracket. However, the check in process is largely an AI system sending auto generated messages, which is fine but their QR code to access the accommodation required a third party app to be downloaded etc (bit of a painful way to access apartment), despite clicking their link and following……

“Our stay was very comfortable. Upon walking in it was very obvious that the property has been well cared for and cleaned very well between guests. We appreciated having tea/coffee etc and also lots of spare toilet paper! It felt like home away from home. So close to all the main go-to places in Perth, also great to know there is a beautiful little studio in the adjoining building that is called The Little Skin Studio - if you feel like a pamper book before you arrive, your welcome!!!
