The property was awesome. Nice and clean, well setup. When we asked the staff if we could move to a different room to avoid some street noise they moved us and upgraded us without charging more!

Excellent place to walk downtown or go to the north beach malecón and other attractions. I visited the local market in the morning which was a short 10 minutes walk. The rooms are large and with a kitchen plus living room. Plenty of space to relax

Un poco complicado respecto a la persona que atiende ( la que da informes). No el policía que te recibe el bien. Fue complicado comunicarme con ella no contesta y siempre está ocupada. Tienes que adaptarte a sus tiempos y a su manera. Y eso fue lo complicado, el lugar super bien .

Un lugar cómodo reciben mascotas, sin embargo no estaba muy limpio, en la suite hay que llevar hasta el trapo , jabón para lavar algún traste, en la habitación principal está el calentador y se prende muy temprano haciendo mucho ruido por unos minutos, el microondas no tiene el lugar apropiado ya que hay que cambiarlo para poder abrir y cerrar la puerta. El balcón está sucio. Si te quedas varios días tendrás que comprar hasta el trapeador por si se te cae algun líquido ya que no se cuenta ni con un trapo. Limpian todos los días sin embargo solo le pasan en trapeador sucio y por lo que uno paga está muy caro.

En general todo bien, salvo la actitud del encargado de mantenimiento, Un tipo que nos trató muy descortesmente, solo por que según el, habíamos ingresado muy temprano a la alberca, lo cual no es cierto por que eran mas de las 9 am. Según indica el reglamento. Se portó muy mal, nos insinuó que nos gustaba bañarnos en albercas sucias...incluso me enfrentó con un lenguaje corporal y voz cortante y carente de todo respeto.... La verdad que ese tipo arruinó nuestra estadía que hubiera sido de un 9.

Todo estuvo perfecto, ubicación, seguridad, bien equipados, accwsible para mascotas, la alberca muya bien, limpio, personal muy amable, bien ubicado, todo excelente. Unicamente tal vez pensar en actualizar las televisiones, un poco mas grandes, de ahi en fuera sin quejas. Gracias.

Clean, spacious and welcoming. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and there was an enclosed grassy courtyard around the pool where the dogs could roam and we could relax. The parking is secure, underground so that was great too as we were loaded up for our journey from Canada to Merida. Highly recommend!!

Esta perfecto como estadía, cómodo solo que la cama aunque es queen es un poco pequeña, el día que llegamos no estaba limpia la habitación y esperamos que la limpiaran fue el único inconveniente.. está muy bonito… lo mejor es que las ventanas las puedes abrir sin problemas ya que tienen tela mosquitera.. sin duda volvería a hospedarme
