El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, es pequeño pero acogedor. La atención es muy buena, me atendieron muy bien en todo momento. Las instalaciones son buenas, tienen algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar ya que en mi habitación no prendía la TV, no había agua caliente pero hacía calor así que no era necesario y había un poco de olor a humedad pero nada que afectará mi estadía en el lugar. En general un buen lugar para llegar a descansar después de recoger el bello Tampico y sin duda alguna volvería a regresar.

El desagüe de la habitación 32 estaba tapada. Tuvimos que destaparla por nuestra cuenta. La televisión se escuchaba pero no tenía imagen. Me querían cobrar un día de estancia por llegar 5 horas antes del checking de 7am a 12 del mediodía,cuando me dijeron x teléfono en principio que a las 12 ya podíamos ingresar siendo que la hora original del checking era a las 3pm. Y la habitación la desalojamos a las 530 am . No tienen refrigerador para guardar comida. Las recepcionistas más jóvenes no tienen buen servicio al cliente ni los buenos días te dan...solo la señora ya mayor si.
