"Location compared to city center is excellent but this is a unit in a social housing bock that has been adapted so you should not expect quiet neighbours. The parking is reasonably secure because it is secluded but it is very easy to get into the building and steal it or its contents. But the worse of wall was the state of cleaning. Truly awful: kitchen bin with rubbish, toilet seat soiled, bathroom towel with stain, oven filthy, dust all over. They definitely need to hire a new cleaner."

"À notre arrivée, nous avons dû patienter un peu car les propriétaires avaient oublié de nous transmettre les codes d’accès.L’appartement est bien situé, en plein centre-ville, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le parking est payant, ce qui est compréhensible compte tenu de l’emplacement.En revanche, le logement ne mérite pas vraiment les 3 étoiles annoncées. "Good value bed for the night "

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Very central hotel with parking only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Friendly and helpful stay, lobby and breakfast room very nice, good quality breakfast. We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "

"This is in an industrial area of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The pool was nice but looks a lot bigger in the pictures. It was fairly easy to find but it did feel like it was at the back of an industrial estate. That being said it was easy to access somewhere to eat and worked fine for us for one night."
