“Beautiful hotel, disappointing service The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a very comfortable room. I was genuinely sad to leave early. Unfortunately, the service really affected our experience. The receptionist who checked us in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. I requested chamomile tea for the room, but it never arrived. I had also requested hypoallergenic sheets, which were not provided, and I experienced terrible itching. The Wi-Fi did not……
