“Incredible view and communication with property owners make this stay a perfect weekend getaway. The lodge itself was clean, nicely spaced out for everyone to enjoy privacy or to come together for conversation on the deck overlooking the lake or the fire pit. The town is a few minutes away with an ice cream shop, hardware store and an outstanding grocery store with fresh cut meat available if you’re looking to grill/cook. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for a couples or family getaway. ”

“Our stay at the Sasquatch Cottage was excellent. The décor was creative and full of character, with fun Sasquatch touches throughout. My daughter especially enjoyed the swing out front, and the fire pit—with plenty of wood provided—made for relaxing evenings. The location was ideal, close to the Leota trails and with easy access to the lake. A stylish, cozy retreat that made for a memorable getaway.”

“We had a wonderful time they have a game room very nice. The gazebo Outback was so nice and plenty of seating, the breeze was blowing , we really enjoyed it. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room had a nice big table that we could all get around and eat dinner and play games. The front room overlooked the river with a couple of recliners, very nice for . The house seemed to have everything we needed and then some. There were seven of us I specifically looked for two bathrooms for this……

“The property was great. Lots of places to hike and explore. The lake was beautiful with crystal clear water. The bottom was sandy but due to the Lilly pads and weeds if you wanted to swim you need to get in at the end of the dock. Fishing was good with a lot of nice bass and a few northern pike 20-30 inches. There were 2 canoes 2 kayaks and a rowboat along with life vests. But be aware you may need to share because there are 2 other places to rent on the property. The Ranger house was well……
